forma\u00e7\u00e3o de professores no \u00e2mbito do projeto ERIS_IE teve como objetivo dotar os docentes participantes no projeto de ferramentas cient\u00edficas e metodol\u00f3gicas para prepararem e desenvolverem, com os seus grupos de alunos, os projetos de inova\u00e7\u00e3o educativa ERIS_IE. Realizou-se presencialmente e online. Al\u00e9m disso, incluiu reuni\u00f5es de professores de cada par de escolas.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Forma\u00e7\u00e3o presencial.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Os professores e os elementos da Dire\u00e7\u00e3o participantes no projeto ERIS_IE foram os destinat\u00e1rios das atividades de forma\u00e7\u00e3o organizadas durante a celebra\u00e7\u00e3o do ato inaugural do projeto (Zamora, novembro de 2024) e do evento de encerramento (Trancoso, novembro de 2025). Durante o ato inaugural do projeto, realizado no Conselho Consultivo de Castela e Le\u00e3o, no dia 7 de novembro de 2024, os participantes receberam forma\u00e7\u00e3o sobre os objetivos gerais do ERIS_IE, a tem\u00e1tica espec\u00edfica dos projetos e a metodologia dos projetos de inova\u00e7\u00e3o educativa. Al\u00e9m disso, no dia 8 de novembro, no CFIE de Zamora, os professores espanh\u00f3is e portugueses trabalharam na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um projeto comum, adequando os conte\u00fados e definindo o calend\u00e1rio e a\u00e7\u00f5es dos projetos de cada par de escolas parceiras. Na Escola Sede do Agrupamento de Escolas de Trancoso, nos dias 20, 21 e 22 de novembro de 2025, os mesmos participantes tiveram a oportunidade de mostrar aos demais membros da Rede de Centros ERIS_IE os resultados finais do respetivo trabalho.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Online.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Os professores do ERIS_IE foram os destinat\u00e1rios de forma\u00e7\u00e3o online em duas \u00e1reas complementares, mas diferenciadas. Por um lado, na metodologia dos Projetos de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o Educativa e, por outro, em \u00e1reas necess\u00e1rias para que estes projetos promovam o empreendedorismo inclusivo, sustent\u00e1vel e financeiramente respons\u00e1vel nos seus alunos. A forma\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel em espanhol e em portugu\u00eas.
