grupo de alunos participante na Rede de Escolas ERIS_IE realizou um Projeto de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o Educativa em conjunto com os seus parceiros. Estes foram implementados considerando 3 fases de acordo com a seguinte ordem:<\/p><p>1) sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o (referente ao ambiente e ao desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel - poupan\u00e7a de papel, \u00e1gua e energia -; referente \u00e0 inclus\u00e3o de pessoas com defici\u00eancia, e referente \u00e0 igualdade de g\u00e9nero (principalmente quanto ao acesso e \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho), tendo como refer\u00eancia a pr\u00f3pria escola e a localidade.<\/p><p>2) aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dos projetos piloto relacionados com as atividades empresariais locais (especialmente rurais), aplicando os princ\u00edpios e valores trabalhados na fase anterior.<\/p><p>3) realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um projeto de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e colabora\u00e7\u00e3o transfronteiri\u00e7a entre empresas idealizadas inicialmente pelos alunos, dando origem a um novo projeto empresarial internacional baseado na coopera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Com o apoio dos elementos da Dire\u00e7\u00e3o, estes projetos contaram com a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o de entidades locais p\u00fablicas ou privadas que partilham os princ\u00edpios que inspiram os projetos dos alunos. Os produtos dos diferentes projetos encontram-se em formato digital. Al\u00e9m disso, cada grupo de alunos participante no projeto visitou a escola parceira com o intuito de partilhar com os parceiros os resultados
